Phase 1 Geoenvironmental Desk Top Study

Undertook phase 1 Geoenvironmental desk top study to assess the proposed 23 acre greenfield site, cabling route and battery energy storage station, for a Net Zero project for the estate. The PV area had previously only been subject to agricultural land use.

Site had shallow limestone Principal Aquifer bedrock which was which proved potentially problematic for the shallow cabling routes, but the aquifer was not deemed to be at risk from the proposed development.
