Our ground investigations invariably involve contaminated land risk assessment. This is predominantly using nationally approved generic assessment criteria to screen sites. When significant contaminants are present we have the tools, experience and knowledge to undertake Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessment (DQRA) for both human health and controlled waters to determine the remedial requirements to ensure sites are safe and fit for purpose.

We have also developed excellent working relationships with local planning authority contaminated land officers where combined local knowledge sharing and relationships of trust are key to our success.
